Enterprise Account Manager

The combination of vibration and ultrasonic sensors with powerful machine learning algorithms enables our technology to detect malfunctions before they occur. Our solution impacts the bottom line for industrial and commercial facility customers by reducing in maintenance costs, energy consumption  and environmental impact.

Augury is looking for a senior level, experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our NY team for a full time position. Someone who has the persistence and maturity to build and nurture long term relationships with our customers.

A day in your life here

You’ll be an Augury evangelist, bringing our predictive maintenance products and services to a growing market.

  • Manage a book of large enterprise accounts and Plan the strategy and process for penetrating each. 
  • Build relationships across multiple departments and locations to expand Augury’s presence in that organization.
  • Up sell and ensure renewals of our largest accounts
  • Travel to meet customers, learn about their needs and gather their feedback ~25% of the time

What you bring

  • At least 5 years as an Account Manager or Account Executive in Enterprise sales
  • Experience selling to and partnering with industrial or commercial facility-level customers is a must
  • Experience in solution selling
  • Closer mentality: You have a track record of success in customer growth/up selling, closing six and seven figure deals
  • Strategic mindset: You understand the big picture and plan ahead
  • Strong understanding of organizations and people:  You’re able to juggle multiple stakeholders to shepherd to a close
  • “A” Player Skills: Excellent in communication, organization and scrappiness
