We're looking for the first, and most critical hire, for our Sales Operations team, our Salesforce Administrator. The individual who takes on this role must be an autonomous hard-worker who has a true passion for data, technology and analytics. We're looking for someone with experience building a CRM environment from scratch, at a rapidly growing tech start-up. This role will be responsible for all CRM process and functionality in support of our sales organization.  This person should have extensive experience with Salesforce, both in design and strategy.

What you will be doing

  • Build all custom Salesforce workflows to support the sales and marketing process
  • Provide strategic input to improve sales and operational processes
  • Build dashboards with key performance and business health metrics
  • Manage all vendor integrations with Salesforce
  • As system admin, responsible for all system maintenance and updates
  • Running and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly Salesforce reporting
  • Supporting sales team with day-to-day operations

What you need to join the team

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Salesforce Certification
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development and administrative experience supporting go-to-market teams
  • Proven problem solving ability
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great attention to details
  • SaaS experience preferred 
  • Marketing automation experience preferred
