Join Augury as Director of Customer Success!  A unique opportunity to be the first person on the team and build Augury’s CS  from the ground up. Be the driver of customer value creation, taking Augury's customer experience to the next level.

A Day in Your Life :

  • You will champion customer satisfaction, driving adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • As a product expert, you’ll understand customers and speak to them about the most valuable features for their business needs.  
  • You will provide exceptional platform onboarding and training and continuous insights to maximize the product’s value for the customer.
  • You are the customer advocate internally, providing customer feedback to the Product and R&D teams. You’ll influence product customizations and improvements to meet customer needs.
  • Identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk.
  • Build and develop Augury’s Customer Success playbook.
  • You will travel 25% of the time to meet customers

What You Bring:

  • Experience:  4-7 years of experience in a Customer Success or Sales role in a B2B company. Experience in building a team is an advantage.
  • Tech savviness: You are curious about new technologies and how they change the world.
  • Relationship building: You are a trusted partner of the customer, constantly advocating customer needs and feedback.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proactiveness: You anticipate the customer’s needs and approach them at every opportunity you find to deliver insights and value.
