As an IoT Monitoring Support II, you will work closely with a global team on supporting cutting edge IoT technology. You will have a direct impact on solving issues for customers and maintaining Augury’s high quality of service.

A day in you life here:

You will perform daily monitoring and support for Augury’s Industrial IoT devices install base.

  • Ensure stability and health of IoT devices by monitoring and analyzing live production deployments.
  • Identify, document, track, and report failures and issues.
  • Remotely debug and resolve issues.
  • Escalate issues to Engineering, Customer Success, and Field Operations.
  • Take charge of problem escalation and own the issues until successful resolution.
