Field Operations Project Manager

As a Field Operations Project Manager, you will be the focal point for our customers and internal teams, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of Augury’s Field and Service Operations. You will gain exposure to AI and IoT technology.
A Day In Your Life Here:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate field projects internally and externally (product installations, RMAs) while maximizing the value delivered to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to scale installations and service delivery by building and optimizing processes and systems.
  • Define the timeline and milestones of each project, communicating requirements, and managing expectations with the customer and internal partners.
  • Implement the necessary project management infrastructure including project plans, WIP, communications plans, and project schedule.
  • Assist with developing new processes and tools that improve the performance and effectiveness of our Customer Operations team.
  • You are the main point of contact for the customer. You set clear expectations for the customer throughout the installation process. You ensure projects are moving quickly by keeping the team on track and always finding ways to increase efficiency.

 

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 4 years of coordinating project management and resource planning in a field, IoT, or sensor environment. Familiar with Salesforce an advantage.
  • Superb communication skills: You’re a great listener, understand people’s needs and requests, and able to pleasantly communicate other teams’ requirements. You work with a variety of customers and team members, through the use of strong customer service skills.
  • Decision Maker: You are able to independently make decisions and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details: You can follow a lot of moving parts and love to see a plan come together. You are extremely organized and focus on the process, with a strong attention to detail and works with a high sense of urgency, while being extremely accurate.
  • Technology: You have an affinity for technology. You love learning and exploring technology.
  • Ownership: You are a hustler. You get things done.
  • Education and Certifications: Certified Project Management or Bachelor’s Degree a plus
