Augury is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Haifa team. You will hunt passionately for great candidates. Join our team with the unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup and impact on Augury’s employer brand and candidate experience.

A day in your life here

  • Source and attract top talent for a fast growing, technology forward organization. Use an array of tools to build robust pipelines (web searches, Linkedin Recruiter, ATS, networking events, etc).
  • Partners with the People team and hiring managers on building top of the funnel (candidates) across various roles.
  • Constantly generating pipeline, while being closely aligned with recruiting partners. Own and develop candidate pipeline through research, outreach, and full candidate assessment/interviewing.
  • Schedule and coordinate the hiring process. Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity in ATS.
  • Ensures building and bringing insights and data on the market and competitive landscape.
  • Acts as an ambassador of Augury in all candidate/external communications.
  • Up to date on industry trends, actively seeking new channels of sourcing to engage talent for current or future needs.

What you bring:

  • You are a people person.
  • You love hiring and sourcing work. You have the patience to see the sourcing results (which takes time) and able to handle rejection throughout the process
  • You are really curious about understanding Augury’s target audience, where they are (digitally and physically), what they find interesting, and what is a value proposition to them.
  • You have proven experience in bringing out of the box thinking of sourcing channels to technological positions. You are well experienced with Linkedin and other sourcing tools.
  • Candidate First: You thrive on providing an excellent candidate experience. You have the ability to understand the value a candidate will receive from the role along with the ability to represent Augury during phone screens and any communication with the candidate.
  • You are an HR geek who keeps up-to-date on new trends in hiring. Fast learner who has the ability to adjust to new methodologies/mindset.
  • Experience in Hitech companies is an advantage.
  • Proficient communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
