Hybrid Workplace Manager- IL

As the Israel Hybrid Workplace Manager at Augury, you will be managing the Augury IL fast-growing offices. You will be the driver of redesigning a world-class workplace experience by leading construction projects, managing facility staff, partnering with co-spaces, supporting team offsite, and IL Offices events.

A Day In Your Life

  • Drive the Augury IL workplace redesign. Work closely with IL Site Manager, Architect, and contractors to envision the future workplace, map and prioritize the needs, and execute the plan.
  • Build and lead all IL office maintenance: i.e. maintenance plan, engage with vendors, and executing predictive maintenance.
  • Build and execute off-site and delegations logistic plans (venue, food, visitors hospitality, etc.).
  • Manage the Workplace team: i.e. administrative support, office manager, cleaner, etc.
  • Be part of a global team and drive cross-sites initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of managing facilities; experience in tech environment is a plus.
  • Real Owner & A Creative Problem Solver: Administrator at heart who loves to get things done with limited information. Knowing how to manage and delegate to the team. However, there is no task too small to take and make happen!
  • Project Management: Ability to  Zoom out / Zoom in, see the high-level tasks, and break them down to a detailed plan.
