Partner Sales Manager

As a Partner Sales Manager at Augury, you will help to build and develop a Partner Sales discipline from the ground up. You will support key Augury Alliances and Partners with their sales efforts in bringing Augury’s industry-disrupting technology to their customers. 

A Day In Your Life

  • Own relationships at the field sales levels of partner organizations with the goal of achieving revenue targets
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Augury’s solution and be able to articulate its value proposition to partners
  • Present as SME at partner-led customer meetings
  • Fielding, answering and routing all sales-related questions, requests and escalations Enable, support, and manage partners to accelerate Augury’s adoption across their businesses. Act as an internal advocate to ensure partner satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal and partner stakeholders to develop go to market strategies for their businesses
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the partner’s pipeline and deliver partner forecasting to internal stakeholders
  • Provide consultation on opportunity strategy during recurring partner forecast meetings
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team to define and deliver sales and product enablement training to our partners
  • Provide individual coaching, mentoring and skill development for Partner sales reps

What You Bring

  • Experience: 4+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development. Strong business acumen and a track record of exceeding targets. Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles; forecasting sales activities. 
  • Relationship driven: You possess excellent customer-facing and sales abilities with demonstrated success in interfacing with partners. You have successfully collaborated with an interdisciplinary team to drive the sales. You ingrain yourself into a partner’s organization and become indispensable while establishing credibility and confidence. 
  • Your playground: You are a true owner and understand how to unblock barriers to meet goals. You are flexible and scrappy and can adapt to ever changing needs and situations. You figure out what is needed and make it happen and bring new ideas and recommendations to unblock barriers to sales.
  • Superb communication skills: Clear concise written and verbal communication. Ability to effectively communicate and teach new concepts.
