Service Enablement Manager

As a Service Enablement Manager, you will delve into processes and refine them for maximal impact for the Services and Success teams. With that, you will play a huge part in how the team grows into a more mature organization with standardized best practices, making a massive impact in the way our team operates on a day-to-day basis. You’ll work alongside team leads and build relationships across the company on initiatives that help the “machine” of the company operate in a smart and scale-able way.

A Day In Your Life

  • Identify and understand skills gaps and training needs for various roles in Services, Customer Success, and Field & Support to effectively support our customers
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of each Services' department’s strategy, objectives and goals, and adapt enablement plans accordingly
  • Execute of the Service Enablement Strategy at a global scale and contribute to defining KPIs and report against them
  • Develop materials, documentation, and play book strategies that enhances the knowledge of the Service Team
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Product leadership to identify gaps & prioritize work on cross team key initiatives (such as Service pitch certification, ongoing enablement/learning)
  • Build live and e-learning training programs to support a world-class B2B Service organization, including all service roles (Project & Engagement managers, Field & support, Success)
  • Manage programs and initiatives from start to finish, including the design and delivery of role-based training in a variety of formats
  • Develop and manage new hire onboarding programs that decrease ramp time of new Service roles
  • Be involved in a project 10-20% of the time to keep current on the application and processes

What You Bring

  • 5+ year end-to-end management of programs, including project management, associated communications, prework, post-learning surveys, and logistics
  • 5+ year experience training or working within Professional Services, Customer Success, or Tech Support functions
  • Knowledge of key principles of project management, designing project plans, and managing deliverables and timelines is required
  • Knowledge of design and delivery of blended learning formats, including instructor-led training, classroom training, e-learning tutorials, webinars, workshops, and other training formats

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $118,000 to $153, 000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
