Strategic Partnerships Director

As a Strategic Partnerships Director, you will drive the partner playbook with a focus on nurturing and growing existing partnerships and driving the expansion of partner revenues. You will quarterback the partnerships that will pave Augury’s way to becoming the leader in the Machine Health category.

A Day In Your Life

  • Responsible for building the overall partner strategy and key initiatives towards achieving that strategy, and the greater partnership vision 
  • Build and manage senior-level partner relationships to evangelize the partnership and drive partnership growth 
  • Continuously monitor and adjust partner program efforts and initiatives to ensure the partnership is on track to meet business goals Assess roadblocks and tradeoffs and escalate issues to stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, & Professional Services teams to execute the partner playbook and achieve targets

What You Bring

  • Enterprise Experience: You have 8+ years of experience growing high-profile, complex, multi-year strategic partnerships with global, multi-billion dollar corporates. You bring a strong background in relationship building and/or strategic account management with large partners. You have experience negotiating and closing 7-figure contracts with partners. 
  • Digital Transformation Expertise: You have experience working in technology companies on transformative partnerships. You understand the complexities of these partnerships, what makes them thrive and how to push them forward. You are a leader in transformation and a catalyst for change, and you are comfortable pushing the envelope. Experience working with OEM Partners is a very strong advantage.
  • Relationship Focus: You are amazing at building relationships and know how to build buy-in and consensus, up and down the partner organization. You know how to work in a matrixed environment and establish relationships for value delivery. You are a great communicator and you are influential in creating urgency and pushing a team forward. 
  • Global Orientation: You are comfortable and enjoy the complexities of working with global teams to deliver successful programs.  You are willing to travel internationally around 15% a month.
