Stephanie started her career in SaaS customer lifetime value nearly 15 years ago when given the chance to create a Customer Advisory Board for a global Fortune 100 SaaS company. Since then, Stephanie has spent time at enterprise, mid-market, and startup organizations building and leading customer advocacy, customer lifecycle, customer growth, community and most recently customer education programs to influence adoption, retention and expansion goals. When first starting in customer lifecycle value, there was barely a name for what she was doing. Today, Stephanie and her teams’ accomplishments have been acknowledged with industry recognition. Stephanie loves spending time with her husband, four kids and two dogs.
