Internship- Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Intern, you will be gaining experience in building strategic relationships with our enterprise customers and see first-hand how Augury executes strategies to drive adoption and expansion opportunities across the globe. You will be interning for a team that has a direct impact on helping global companies achieve machine health to fuel digital transformation.  

 

A Day In Your Life

  • You will learn how our customers work and their business challenges and how Augury coaches them on leveraging Augury for machine health strategy.
  • Complete Augury’s remote Customer Success Manager training to familiarize yourself with Augury, our technology, and our teams
  • Review recommended resources for understanding and executing customer success, vibration analysis, reliability, and maintenance operations
  • Meet regularly with your mentor to understand their customers, shadow them in customer meetings, and assist them with tasks to drive customer success
  • Identify with your mentor a development project to work on during your internship that should have a direct benefit to Augury’s customers or the Customer Success Manager team
  • Present your project to the Customer Success team in a team meeting
  • Present a summary of your project to Augury in a company All-Hands meeting

What You Bring

  • Experience: You have knowledge and experience in a business or engineering program with an interest in customer success, Saas business, vibration analysis, reliability, and/or maintenance operations 
  • Learner: You are interested in learning more about vibration analysis, reliability, maintenance operations and customer success from a dynamic team at Augury
  • People First Mindset: You are a relationship builder and a people person. You also thrive on cross-functional team collaboration and understand the importance of working with teammates. Exposure to Sales, Product, and Marketing will be guaranteed.
  • Strong Communicator: You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally. Clear and concise written and verbal skills. You want to develop the ability to craft compelling stories to advocate for the customer.
  • Tech savviness: Technical understanding/aptitude of machines from the Industrial manufacturing arena is a strong advantage.
  • Bi-lingual a plus.
