Customer Education Manager

About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Education Manager to build and scale our customer education program. As part of the Enablement team, you will create engaging learning experiences that help customers adopt our platform, increase product proficiency, and maximize value. This is a role based out of India.

You will own the customer curriculum from end to end—developing educational content, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring learning resources evolve alongside our product. The preferred time zones are Eastern US and Central US.

A Day In Your Life

  • Develop and maintain customer-facing educational content, including e-learning courses, documentation, process guides, videos, and quick-reference materials.
  • Design role-based learning paths tailored to customer personas and use cases.
  • Own the curriculum lifecycle, from planning and content creation through publishing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product to translate new features into customer-ready training and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify adoption challenges and improve educational content based on customer feedback.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure educational content aligns with our brand and messaging.
  • Design and manage a customer certification program, including assessments, credentialing, and renewal.
  • Partner with Customer Success Operations to connect learning data with customer health metrics.
  • Establish content governance processes to keep learning materials accurate and up to date.
  • Measure program effectiveness using learner engagement, course completion, certification, and adoption metrics.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in customer education, instructional design, technical writing, or learning and development within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong instructional design and technical writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience creating multi-format learning content, including written documentation, e-learning courses, videos, and reference materials.
  • Experience with an LMS or course authoring platform such as Articulate 360, Skilljar, Thought Industries, or Docebo.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A builder mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and work independently.
  • Experience in industrial technology, manufacturing, or another highly technical SaaS environment is a plus.
