Regional Controller

About The Position
As our Regional Controller, you’ll play a key role in scaling our global finance function. You’ll partner closely with our Global Controller to build robust processes, strengthen compliance, and provide the insights that fuel strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role, balancing operational excellence with strategic projects as we continue to expand internationally.
A Day in Your Life
- Core Finance Operations:
- Oversee the monthly close process and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements and investor reports.
- Manage annual audits and compliance requirements, partnering with external auditors.
- Support tax return processes and prepare transfer pricing calculations.
- Scaling & Enablement:
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Lead or support finance-related system implementations.
- Partner on special projects to support company growth.
- Team Support & Oversight:
- Provide oversight to Accounts Payable processes.
- Manage equity administration, including cap table maintenance and stock-based expense calculations.
What You Bring
- CPA with Big 4 experience (required).
- Experience in a high-growth, global startup (1+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
