About The Position

You are a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for building world-class Product and Engineering teams. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and pipeline development, ensuring Augury consistently attracts exceptional technical and product talent ahead of demand.

Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and People leaders, you’ll translate evolving business needs into clear hiring strategies, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and help scale recruiting processes, tools, and training that support long-term growth. A Day in Your Life 

  • Own and continuously generate pipeline for Product and Engineering roles, building deep, high-quality talent pools through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and long-term candidate engagement—well ahead of open requisitions.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and product hiring, from strategic sourcing and candidate outreach through offer close, ensuring speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and People leaders to anticipate hiring needs, define success profiles, and translate technical and product requirements into compelling role narratives that attract top-tier talent.
  • Act as a sourcing expert and talent advisor, staying deeply connected to the Product and Engineering talent market, including emerging skill sets, competitor landscapes, and compensation trends.
  • Champion our employer brand within technical and product communities, representing the company through outreach, storytelling, and personalized candidate engagement that clearly articulates our mission, technology, and impact.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and tooling, building scalable sourcing and hiring playbooks that enable consistent, high-quality hiring as the company grows.
  • Elevate hiring manager capability by coaching Product and Engineering leaders on interviewing, assessment, and closing strategies, ensuring strong alignment and high hiring bar execution.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies, with demonstrated success building proactive pipelines for software engineering, data, ML/AI, and product roles.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and nurture technical talent through creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, referrals, and long-term relationship building, beyond inbound applicants.
  • Acts as a strategic advisor to Product and Engineering leaders, translating complex technical and product requirements into clear hiring strategies and compelling candidate narratives.
  • Confident coaching hiring managers and interviewers on best practices, structured interviewing, calibration, and closing, ensuring high hiring bar execution and consistent decision-making.
  • Clear, thoughtful, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication; able to align candidates and internal stakeholders and drive momentum throughout the hiring process.
  • Advanced user of ATS tools (Greenhouse experience strongly preferred), with a track record of using pipeline and funnel metrics to diagnose gaps, prioritize sourcing efforts, and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving role definitions—bringing structure, creativity, and sound judgment to each search.
