Event logistics

  • Travel guidance

    -Fly into Denver (DEN)

    -Arrange your own ground transport from Denver to Boulder (est 40 minute travel time) and from Boulder back to Denver

    -If going to factory visit on Wednesday, arrive in time to join shuttle from hotel at 2:15pm

    -Programming ends at 4:15pm, plan your departure accordingly but if you need to leave earlier, just let us know

    -If you plan in driving, Augury will cover parking fees

  • Hotel information

    -You’re staying at Limelight Boulder, 1295 University Ave, Boulder, CO

    -All meals will be covered by Augury

    -Give your name to the front desk when checking in

    -Check-in: 3pm, luggage storage available for early check-in

  • Site visit details

    -Our site visit to a local manufacturer is on Wednesday, September 2 at 3pm

    -We will depart from Limelight at 2:15pm, please meet in the lobby.

    -You must wear steel toed shoes, Augury will provide you with a hard hat
