As the Head of Delivery, you will drive global standardization, process enforcement, transparency and project methodologies to continuously provide quality and time to value for our customers. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. you will lead the Delivery team to ensure our installations meet goal date commitments and scope of work throughout the entire customer journey (pre-sales, installation and hand-off to Customer Success).

A Day in Your Life

  • Build and deliver professional and managed services solutions, establishing a strategic roadmap to scale services, including new and updated services offerings, services packaging and pricing model, team ability requirements, project governance, and sales and delivery oversight
  • Define and implement Service’s GTM strategy making sure it is aligned with the company’s direction and vision
  • Define a vision and strategy to engage with our customers and provide high quality of service and time to value
  • Design the ideal global structure to achieve team goals, establishing success metrics for your team and ensuring that your team delivers its quarterly and yearly goals
  • Manage and optimize the delivery process to make sure the number of machines committed in any quarter is delivered on time and on budget
  • Build scalable global practices for client engagements that will cover, but are not limited to: best in class client facing communication strategy across all levels, client touch points and feedback mechanisms, client sign-off on scope definition with clear separation between installations and managed services, scope change and upsell and retrospective on installations
  • Report on metrics, business impact, customer impact and team performance

What You Bring

  • Experience: 10+ years of Project Management/Professional Services experience with 3+ years of leadership experience. Experience in managing SaaS implementations in global companies and cross-functional programs and working with pre-sales teams
  • Team Management & Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team-hire, train and manage, monitoring team performance and provide coaching
  • Relationship building: Proven ability with building and managing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, especially Sales and Product teams: Ability to build trust and transparency
  • Strong communicator: Clear and concise written and verbal skills, process oriented
